GUIDE TO REGISTRATION

Please do not forget to register for the social programs before finalising your registration. You can always go back to the registration page to update your choices.

Please let us inform you that all participants are required to register individually on the official Presidency Accreditation Platform https://presidencyconf.hipo.gov.hu in order to be able to access the conference and social programmes, as well as our hotel offers. We kindly ask you to register and also to book your accommodation at your earliest convenience. Please take into consideration that with special regard to presidency period, an even higher number of guests are expected by hotels for the autumn than usual. A Delegate User Guide can be found in the upper right corner of the accreditation platform with detailed instructions on how to first create your account and then register.

Please make sure that your personal details are correctly entered on the platform, as certain information (e.g. your name) will appear on your badge.

Please follow the requirements when taking/ uploading your photo:

• scale: 1:1 (regular square)
• format: .png, .jpg, .jpeg (min 640x640 pixels, especially significant during printing)
• maximum file size: 1 MB
• neutral, clear background
• facing the camera, image showing the face, above the shoulder
• a photo taken of a screen or a printed image is not suitable for use
• photographed ID is not suitable for use
• colleagues with glasses, please make sure that the lens in not reflected
